What Is The Best Way To Build Muscle?

There is only one way by which you may build muscles- Strength Training…  You can train your strength in any manner you want whether it is callisthenics, CrossFit, strong lift, Or Strength training…   Since I am a barbell strength training specialist, I will be talking in terms of a barbell standpoint of view.

Needless to say, strength training is the best way to put on muscles on the body. But you may choose whatever you prefer or like according to your convenience.

The Role Of The Diet Will Be Irreplaceable In Any Method You Use.

 

  • Recommended protein intake - 2 grams per kilogram of your body weight.
  • If you weigh 70 kg then you will need around 150 grams of protein every day.
  • I have already written articles on how to count calories and how to increase your protein content in your diet.
  • If you are underweight then I would suggest you start with 3000 calories and see for 10 days a change in your weight.
  • Weight gain of 500 to 1000 grams per week will be above and beyond.
  • If the gain is not enough then bump up your calories to 3500.

Strength Training

As far as training is concerned, you don’t need to do 500 exercise or crazy abs or biceps routing,  Just follow the classic free 5 by 5 program. Don’t doubt this program to Modify the program by thinking that more is always better. Indeed less and simply tend to be dramatically better as far as training or at least this program is concerned.

Strength Target

  1. Squats- 150 kg for 5 reps
  2. Bench press- 120 kg 
  3. Overhead press- 80 to 90 kg
  4. Deadlift - 180 kg
