There is only one way by which you may build muscles- Strength Training… You can train your strength in any manner you want whether it is callisthenics, CrossFit, strong lift, Or Strength training… Since I am a barbell strength training specialist, I will be talking in terms of a barbell standpoint of view.
Needless to say, strength training is the best way to put on muscles on the body. But you may choose whatever you prefer or like according to your convenience.

As far as training is concerned, you don’t need to do 500 exercise or crazy abs or biceps routing, Just follow the classic free 5 by 5 program. Don’t doubt this program to Modify the program by thinking that more is always better. Indeed less and simply tend to be dramatically better as far as training or at least this program is concerned.
