If You Are Bored By Eating Regular Poha Or You Want Healthy Evening Snack Then This Roasted Poha Chivda Is Crunchy And Delicious.


Poha/ Flattened Rice– 2 cups (100 grams)

Peanuts – 1 Spoon (20/30  gram)

Oil – 1 tsp

Green chilly – 2 (finely chopped)

Spices- ½ tsp ( Turmeric powder, Salt )

Sugar-free/ sugar– 1 tsp

Chaat Masala- ½ tsp

Curry leaves – 10 to 12

Roasted Nuts- if you want


  1. Start with roasting poha. Take poha in a pan, on the stove, and stir constantly until you see it crispy. After 4 to 5 minutes keep the poha aside.
  2. Take a pan again and add 1 teaspoon oil (Don’t Need Much Oil Because Poha Is Already Roasted).  When the oil is hot, add peanuts into it and after it is roasted add curry leaves and spices, Saute while.
  3. Then add poha, powdered sugar & chat masala. Continue to Saute. Keep the flame low and keep stirring for 2 minutes.
  4. Roasted poha Chivda is now ready.

Let It Cool Down Completely. Put It In Air Tight Container And Enjoy For Up To 2 To 3 Months.
