* Note: I Haven’t Add Calorie Of Ice Cream Here, But Choose The Low Calorie Sugar Free Ice Cream To Get Less Calorie From This Dessert.

To Increase The Protein Intake Is Necessary, And If You Are Bored To Drink The Same Shake Than Here Is The Wholesome Protein Chocolate Brownie Is.  You Can Make This Brownie Without Oven Also At Your Home. Though I Made Vanilla Ice Cream At Home, Too. I Will Send That Recipe Soon. 

Ingredients:

Any Of Skimmed Milk- 100 Ml

Sugar-Free- 3 to 4 Sachet

Chocolate Whey Protein Powder- 1 Scoop Or 30 Gms ( Optional)

Cocoa Powder- 2 Tbsp

Baking Powder-  1 Tbsp

Baking Soda- 1 tsp

Nuts- 25 gms

Method:

  1. Mix the dry ingredient first. Strain them properly.
  2. Add milk to it and whisk properly. You can add some oil or butter to it if you want.  Take a cake tin and grease it with butter or ghee. Now add the mixture in it and add nuts in last.
  3. Now preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the tin for around 15- 20 minutes. If you don't have an oven then you can put it in the steamer- Don't add water, spread the salt in a steamer, and put the tin on the stand. Bake it for around 20 minutes. Your brownie is ready!
