1 Cup-80 to 100 ml Any Skimmed Milk- I Used Amul Taza

2 Sachets- Sugar-free Gold/Natura ( if you want to use sugar you can, also use a substitute such as dates)

100 Gm- Grated Lauki/ Dudhi/ Bottle Guard

½ tsp- Cardamom/ Elaichi Powder

2/3 strands of saffron/ Kesar 

½ tsp- Around 2/3 gm- Ghee

1 tbsp-20-30 gm-  Rolled Oats


  1. Take a heavy bottom pan, and add ghee. After that add grated lauki in it.
  2. Cook the mixture for 5 minutes. After the lauki becomes soft, add rolled oats to it. Meanwhile, take warm milk and add saffron strands to it. 
  3. Cook oats for 2/3 minutes and add that saffron milk in it. Stir the better till it becomes smooth.
  4.  After it becomes thicken add sugar-free or sugar and elaichi ( cardamom)  powder. Stir it continuously.
  5. Seamer 2/3 minutes and serve it. If you want it chilled then put it in the fridge after some time.

This Is The Guilt-Free Food That You Can Make It At Your Home. No Need To Add Rice Just Lauki And Oats Give The Right Texture.
