Ingredients:

100 Gm-  1 Cup- whole wheat flour

1 teaspoon oil, water as required for the dough

1 teaspoon oil for roasting Rotis

1 cup thick curd ( used skimmed milk curd)

½  teaspoon  every spice- Turmeric, Chilli powder, Kasuri methi, Salt, Cumin- Coriander Powder

Half Table Spoon- Besan

100 grams paneer-( Used homemade by skimmed milk)  

Green Chutney

Salad – Onion, Capsicum, and Cabbage

Method:

  1. Step1. In a mixing bowl take 1 wheat flour to add oil and salt. Knead the soft dough with the water.  Cover the dough and keep it aside for 20 minutes. These rotis should be big to fill the stuffing, make medium-sized roti, and half-cook it, mostly from the base on hot Tawa. Put aside. 
  2. Step2: For the stuffing, prepare paneer tikka margination.  In a mixing bowl take all the ingredients curd, /besan, and all spices for the marination, except paneer.  Mix very well.  Now add paneer, which has been chopped into cubes. Coat the paneer cubes evenly, and put them aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Step3:  Heat oil in a pan. Add the entire marination. Flip the paneer pieces very carefully. Cook them till marination cook, use a non-stick pan for the same.  Once the paneer is done, keep it aside.
  4. Step4: Now it is the time to assemble everything for Kathi roll. Heat the pan, grease the pan with oil, and put roti. Spread green chutney, add paneer tikka and lastly add a salad to it. Cook the wrap till you find it is cooked. Serve them hot with chutney.

You Can Use The Leftover Dough With Soy Protein To Make The Meal High Protein, And You Can Use The Paneer Sabji To Make The Kathi Roll. This Is The Best Idea To Eat In Travel.
