100 Gm- Boiled Potatoes

300 Gm Or 3 To 4 Capsicum

15 Gm- Roasted And Crushed Peanuts

1 Tbsp – Chilli And Garlic Paste

½  Tsp- Spices- Cumin- Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Garam Masala, Salt As Per Taste

1 Tsp- Lemon Juice

Chopped Coriander Leaves (Cilantro Leaves)

1 Tsp Oil for Sautéing the Capsicum (Use Non-Stick)


  • Step1. Take a bowl and mash the boiled potato in it. Add peanuts and all spices in that.  all the spices as per your taste, lastly add the coriander leaves, and make the tasty masala.
  • Step2. Slice off the tops of the capsicum. Remove the seeds. Rinse them in water and cut them from the middle, as shown in the picture. With a spoon or with your hands, stuff the potato mixture in the capsicum.
  • Step3. Heat oil in a pan, and place the stuffed capsicum in the pan. Cover the pan and allow the stuffed capsicum to cook on a low flame. Keep changing sides so that all sides will cook properly. When the capsicum will get golden and wrinkled. Serve them hot.
