Beetroot Paratha

To throw the leftover veggies pulp, puree or shred is not good. Utilize them to make them healthy and tasty recipe is necessary. Here is the healthy and tasty recipe for Beetroot paratha! Check The Recipe.


Leftover beetroot juice pulp- 1 cup(around 50 gm)

Wheat flour- 30 gm

Bajra flour-20 gm

Makai Flour – 20 gm

Garlic – chili paste- 1 tsp

Lemon Juice- 1 tsp

Spices- 1 tsp all- turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin-coriander powder

Oil- 1 tsp

Salt- as per taste 


  1. Take a vessel and add leftover beetroot pulp, add garlic chili paste, oil, and spices in it.
  2. Now add all the flours and kneed them as tight as a dough. Put it for 15 min for rest.
  3. Make a paratha as you want, I make round you can make it in any shape.
  4. Take a pan, grease it with ghee and cook the paratha from both sides.
  5. Serve it with the Sabji or Dahi!
